This exciting enhancement introduces a trading option, marking a significant milestone since the game’s launch back on 30 October. The new feature enables users to exchange their cards, albeit with specific restrictions on items of four diamond, star, or greater rarity.

To engage in trading, players are required to use trading tokens and hourglasses. These essential items can only be gathered within the game on a limited basis each day. Alternatively, they may also be purchased through in-game transactions. This reliance on microtransactions has resulted in dissatisfaction among many players, who feel that completing their collections has shifted towards a pay-to-win model, moving away from the prior random card-opening mechanic.

Another exciting addition is the latest expansion: Space-Time Smackdown. This content update introduces Pokémon from the Sinnoh region and expands the game with two new digital booster packs featuring legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia. Furthermore, this expansion showcases fresh artwork for Pokémon previously unseen in Pokémon Pocket Trading Card Game, including the beloved Lucario.
